She is a simple, Down to earth woman entrepreneur. Having Experience in Perfume, Cosmetics & Skin Care Segment with Successful career handling more than 800 Team Members under her supervision Across Karnataka Zone. As learning is a continuous process in life, later switched to Reality Construction Segment. In over all years of experiences understanding the various businesses at its core where Sajitha Nambiar wanted to do something out of the box which includes her expertise and experience where she dreamt about coming up with an outstanding Co-Working concept providing healthy Coworking spaces for New startups and Small & medium scale enterprises (SMEs).
Where She wants to provide all necessary resources to Entrepreneur for companies looking for comfortable and classic workstation. Dex Co Work provides a work-friendly environment for start-ups to grow and flourish. The coworking space offers the provision for renting more space or desk as the team grows. So, the companies need not worry about bringing new members to their respective teams.

She is a staunch believer in women power. Daughter of late Mr C.K.B. Nambiar, a retired Air Force officer, she halls from Thalassery in Kerala. She started her venture in January 2020. But within two months, Covid-19 hit the country and the lockdown started. Nambiar pondered whether she had to continue with her venture. And she decided to move forward and show the world that she is not ready to back out.
Running a company alone was challenging, but she successfully managed to keep it operational. Her mother was the greatest support for her efforts. She attributes whatever she had achieved to her mother’s pieces of advice and blessings. She is also thankful to her sisters and her brothers-in-law, and her cute nieces for all the love and trust they showered on her.
Sajitha Nambiar testifies that there is no easy path to success in both business and life. She was ready to fight the challenges on her path and had managed to cross them with her conviction and perseverance.
